Do we require contracts?
No. You may suspend or cancel service at any time. We do ask that you a sign a written authorization granting us permission to perform grass cutting for your property. The authorization will stay in effect from season to season until you cancel the service. To suspend or cancel the service; simply call, email, or write to notify us.
How do we bill for service?
We email invoices at the end of each month. Payments can be made by cash, credit card and paypal. You can pay online through this site. We only bill for actual work performed.

How do we handle Summer cutting?
In the event of droughts or poor growing conditions, we may suspend cutting for one or more weeks while the grass is not growing.
How do we handle Fall cutting?
We outfit our mowers with mulching kits, which does a nice job of reducing the leaves and cleaning up the lawn for moderate leaf amounts. We also offer total leaf removal for all who are interested. The usual plan is to perform two rounds of leaf removal (grass cutting included). One visit in November and the final cleanup in the beginning of December.
Can you help me with weeds in my mulch beds or sidewalks?
For a small charge we can spray cracks and mulch beds with grass / weed killer upon request.
